Purchase terms

Pro is €29 once. There is no subscription.

Local Export for Gmail is provided under the Sami Studio brand. Contact hello@samistudio.nl about purchases or support.

Free and Pro

Free exports include up to 3 conversations per batch, with no daily quota or watermark. Pro includes up to 50 conversations per batch. Both use the same export quality and safety limits: up to 200 emails and 100 MB of source data per export, with additional image and ZIP size safeguards.

One purchase is for one person, using their own Gmail accounts, with up to 2 active browser installations at a time. You can deactivate an old browser to activate a replacement. Your license key is personal and should not be resold or shared.

Activation and payment

Stripe handles payment. The extension uses a license key rather than a separate user account. Activation, restoration and starting a Pro batch require an internet connection and purchase verification. A refunded or disputed purchase does not grant Pro access. Free exports remain available if the license service is unavailable.

Save your license key to restore Pro after reinstalling or moving to another computer. If a paid checkout is interrupted, continue it from the extension before attempting another payment. Contact support if you cannot recover your purchase.

Refunds

You can request a refund within 30 days of purchase by emailing hello@samistudio.nl with your Stripe receipt or order reference. Do not send private emails or exports. Approved refunds return to the original payment method and deactivate Pro. These terms do not restrict statutory consumer rights.

Export limitations

Gmail access, readable source content and supported images are required. Some images or layouts may not reproduce exactly. Missing content and rendering limitations are reported. The extension does not alter Gmail messages. Keep an independent copy of important records and review the export report.

The purchase has no recurring charge or scheduled license expiry. Continued operation depends on Chrome, Gmail and supported service access. A one-time payment is not a guarantee that third-party services or formats will remain unchanged indefinitely.
